Shipping policy

Once Order is received, you get a confirmation email. After your order is processed and shipped - an automated tracking Id is generated which is also sent via email. This usually takes 3-4 days. Rest 3-4 days the logistics partners attempt to deliver you via Road. So a Total of 7-10 Days. Exception: If you 'Rush your Order' - We prioritize your order and ship in 1 day and via Air. Total of which takes 3 days All over India. 

We deliver via Ekart, Delhivery, DTDC, Shadowfax, Bluedart which ever is the most preferable for your delivery location.

The Shipping time ranges from 48 hours to 7 days based on different shipping zones and your selected shipping method. It is also defined for the first attempt for the delivery of parcels. 

Zone A - Within Chennai City, Kolkata City - 5 days

Zone B - Within Tamil Nadu, West Bengal - 5 days

Zone C - Rest of India - 6-7 days

Zone D - Northeast and J&K - 8-10 days

So Final Delivery takes 7-10 Days.  COD is currently not available. Delivery Time for each product is mentioned individually below each product which is more actual than the list above. We take 2 Days to print and process your order and generate a tracking ID, the majority time is taken by the courier services to reach you. 

Delivery is attempted thrice, after which the product Returns to Origin. In such case we bear the return charges and refund is not eligible. This usually happens when your address or phone number is incorrect or you are not receiving the Delivery Partner's number. Teestar is not liable for a refund in such case.
